I’ve been practicing yoga for over 16 years and teaching for more than a decade. My classes blend anatomy-informed movement with an emphasis on presence and accessibility. Whether it’s a playful beer yoga flow, a strong power vinyasa class, or a gentle outdoor session, my goal is simple: to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and connected.

A lighthearted, all levels flow set in the brewery taproom. Expect movement, laughter, and community, followed by a pint if you would like to stay after class. No prior yoga experience is required.

Power Vinyasa at Quirk Yoga

Quirk Yoga Studio | Tuesdays at 6 PM | Heated | Intermediate


A strong, flowing vinyasa class designed to build strength, balance, and focus. This heated practice moves at an energizing pace and invites students to challenge themselves while staying grounded in breath and alignment.
